  1. How many employees in your factory?

    We have about 160 employees and 120 of them are workers.Because we have many semi-automatic machines,so no need too many workers.

  2. When did Fusionbrite start to do LED business?

    Fusionbrite started to do LED business in 2005.At that time,like many other LED manufactures,we also produce variety of products such as LED tubes,spotlights,bulbs,G24 etc.But even though,we still insist on our own design and private mold.

  3. Can I have a sample order?

    Yes, We welcome sample orders to test and check quality. You just need to tell us your requirements by inquiry or message. We will contact with you within 24 hours.

  4. Can I have a customized order?

    Yes, we welcome customized orders. You just need to discuss your requirements with our well-trained specialists. Our R&D team will evaluate and assist your project.

  5. What’s the lead time for standard products?What about for special products,samples and bulk orders?

    Usually we keep a certain quantity of standard products in stock.So for samples,within 3 days;for bulk orders,2-4 weeks.
    For special product,for samples,it depends on how special it is.So it’s hard to tell the lead time for special samples.But once the samples are finished and for bulk orders,once material is ready,the lead time will be same as our standard product.

  6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

  7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

    Small orders usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air shipping and sea shipping also available for bulk orders.

  8. Any warranty?

    We offer 3~5years warranty. Response within 24 business hrs to any warranty application.

  9. How to deal with the faulty?

    Our products are produced in strict quality control system and 100% fully tested before shipment, not random check. We are sorry for any faulty experience you have. Please contact with your sales contact and he or she will guide you step by step for after-sales service within 24 hours.
